Morgan R. Luddeke

Morgan R. Luddeke earned her B.B.A. degree from Kennesaw State University, where she majored in Finance and minored in Business Law. During her time at Kennesaw State University she helped to found the Economics and Finance Club while also serving as Vice President. She was also an active member of Phi Mu Sorority, serving on their Executive Council and acting as Philanthropy Chair. Following graduation, Ms. Luddeke earned her Certified Financial Paraplanner license and moved to Augusta, Georgia where she worked with a financial planning firm.

Ms. Luddeke earned her J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2008. She served on the Executive Board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and was a member of the Business Law Society.

Prior to joining Cohen and Caproni, Ms. Luddeke worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both the Investment Management and Real Estate tax group and the State and Local tax group where she gained an expertise in tax planning strategies. She currently assists individuals with their estate planning and probate needs, including advice on the use of wills, trusts and family partnerships, planning for retirement, and estate tax and administration issues. In addition, Ms. Luddeke advises clients on the many aspects of business planning. This includes representation of businesses and their owners, including various aspects of business, such as structural matters, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other tax planning.

Ms. Luddeke is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Estate Planning and Probate Section. She has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States Tax Court. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and enjoys reading, swimming, playing tennis, and scuba diving.
