Attorney Weyer to Give Presentation on Estate Planning

Cohen & Caproni attorney Stephen Weyer will give a presentation, “Estate Planning is for Everybody,” on Sunday, August 18, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. at the Catholic Shrine of the Immaculate Conception located at 48 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, SW, Atlanta, 30303.

Stephen Weyer, an estate-planning attorney and a parishioner at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church will present this program, co-hosted by the Catholic Foundation of North Georgia.  This program provides an overview of the basic documents of estate planning: Wills, Advance Directives for Healthcare, and Financial Powers of Attorney.  Other matters to be discussed include beneficiary designations and charitable gift planning.  Attendees will receive information needed to start the process of practical and values-driven estate planning.
